do you know information about baby swallow? do you have nay advice?

So it was very frightened and it was alone. we have kept it in a large box for one day so far, and it has been acting fine….we have been feading it earthworms and mashed up seeds and such from a previous pet bird…we dont know much about this bird, but all we are for sure on is that it is too young to fly and is a swallow…do you have any advice or know ANYTHING???
