Crush This Economy – Spirituality Information
Filed Under Self Help | Comments Off
Economy I understand not,
Nor the GDP all short,
Figures they are for the intellect,
What use it that for the poor to recollect…….
Economy stinks… Economy has failed miserably…History stands witness… There are very few people who have bid goodbye to this world with a smiling face… The wrinkles and scars of the stupid economy are visible in every face. Economy gives a job to someone, makes a company rich and fills the coffers of the Government but it leaves most of the people spiritually poor….Economy is nothing but cashing in on your lowest desires and stripping you of your inner powers.
Economy has to make a country rich while it has not… It has made only 5% individuals wealthy…. The remaining 95% of the population have to work for money. There is a huge difference between making money work for you and you going after money. Wealthy people make money work for them and the rest have to go to job everyday to earn money. There is nothing wrong in going for a job but a flourishing economy has to facilitate richness of thoughts… It has to make you spiritually rich… It has to make you content , feel worthy of whatever you are doing. 95% of the population who earn money maybe happy but they are not content. There is a lack of self worth in individuals, a seemingly visible helplessness which is apparent in the way they talk, act and go about doing their daily chores. This economy of the world has never worked and will never again in the near future.
The basis of the economy all over the world is to provide you the basic comforts a job, a house , a car ,a mobile phone, insurance and the list goes on … It attempts to tell you that we can make you rich but it forces you to wear the garb of a beggar … It gives you comfort toys but it clips your hands and steals away your freedom… It keeps inventing new gadgets of comforts and throws it at you and you like a beggar pick it up because it is attractive and that is all you can do… You are a beggar and I am a bigger one than you….. because i did it all through my life.. I failed to understand the difference between a beggar begging on the street, a ********** mortgaging her body and a executive trading his/her intelligence. To me they are nothing but different levels of begging. One is lending her body the other the mind… But there is something far greater than all this which we never touched upon, which we as individuals never thought about,… an area within us where there is no trading, no give and take, where everythingl happens effortlessly and you do not force anything upon you …… This area is called the Economy of love….
The reason i am so excited about this economy of love is because it is totally driven by you and the external factors cannot overpower it. The economy of love holds you completely accountable for your actions. It attempts to build individual economies based on the richness of your mind and nothing else. It’s sole objective is to perfect the greatest tool called the mind and make it so rich,so full of energy, so full of ideas that it eventually enables an individual to get everything that he or she truly wants . It bases it’s philosophy on this powerful quote from Swami Vivekananda ” Isn’t it man that makes money. Where did you ever hear of money making man? If you can make your thoughts and words perfectly at one, if you can I say, make yourself one in speech and actions money will pour in at your feet like water…”
When a billion people endeavor to do build this individual economy a new world will be created. The world which exists in your mind is a million times more stronger, more beautiful than the external world. It is this mind that you have total control over and I encourage you to dominate it and build an economy which will serve as a benchmark for all other minds….
Stop talking about the economy of the world of which you have zero control and start building upon the economy of Love within. There are some who have to sow the seeds and there are others who enjoy its fruits. Your role is to sow the seeds of the economy of love so that couple of decades later your children, your well wishers, and all those beings who travel in this kingdom of God salute you for your commendable vision.
We don’t want a billion hands to hold a stupid mobile phone. We want them to crush this dry economy given to us by our forefathers and embrace the force of God within. Economy of love is individualistic and hence accountable . Economy of the world is all about intellectual figures and makes very little sense for the common man. I chose economy of love over the economy of the world…. I care a damn of the economy of the world because the inner force within me never understood those sane figures….

The Right Way To Get Your Seeds Going
Filed Under Gardening | Comments Off
Would you like to find out what those-in-the-know have to say about planting from seed? The information in the article below comes straight from well-informed experts with special knowledge about planting from seed.
When it comes to gardening, gardeners are of two minds. While some gardeners prefer to buy young seedlings and transplant them in the garden, other gardeners prefer the control and the sense of accomplishment that comes with planting flowers and plants directly from seeds.
Planting from seed has a lot to recommend it. For one thing, although transplanting seedlings can provide a good head start for the gardener, it can also introduce problems like disease or insect infestation to an established garden plot.
Planting from seed helps gardeners to avoid these problems. It is not difficult to plant from seed, but it is vital to read and follow the instructions on the seed packet for best results. As with other types of gardening, it is important to follow the instructions carefully. It is also important to protect the seeds and the delicate seedlings as they grow.
Whenever you plant seeds, it is a good idea to use a quality growing tray. It is important to choose the right growing tray, and you can get recommendations from your local nursery or garden center on the best type of tray for your needs. After you have the tray and the seeds in hand, the next step is to fill that growing tray with a high quality seed mixture. This type of product is also called a seed starting mix, and it is similar in consistency to potting soil. Another advantage of the seed starting mix is that it is sterile, and free of diseases and garden pests.
Now that we’ve covered those aspects of planting from seed, let’s turn to some of the other factors that need to be considered.
After the growing tray has been prepared, the seeds should then be placed in the seed starting mix. The rule of thumb when planting seeds is to plant them at least twice their own depth. In some cases, such as with very small seeds, you may want to simply dust the seeds with a light coating of seed mix, since if they are buried too deep they may not be able to sprout.
After the seeds have been planted in the tray, they should be labeled, using either sticks printed with a waterproof marker or actual nursery labels. Do not use the seed packets as labels, since they will quickly disintegrate from moisture as the seeds are watered.
Only a misting sprayer should be used to provide water to the newly planted seeds. If you use a hose or watering can, you could inadvertently dislodge the seed medium or uncover the seeds. The growing tray should be covered in order to prevent the moisture from evaporating. A covered tray will also encourage the germination of the seeds.
Another thing that can speed up the germination of newly planted seeds is heat. Heat has been shown to speed up the germination of seeds, and this is a technique used by many successful gardeners. Another favorite technique of gardeners is to use a bell jar to protect delicate seedlings from late frost. If bell jars cannot be found, a regular water bottle with the bottom cut off makes a good replacement.
There’s a lot to understand about planting from seed. We were able to provide you with some of the facts above, but there is still plenty more to write about in subsequent articles.

plants growing in the dark?
Filed Under Garden & Landscape | Comments Off
If i plant a radish seed in the soil, and it receives no sunlight, will it actually grow. I will have to measure it after 3 weeks.
So, what do you think the height would most likely be. I think it would be less than 5 inches.
Do you have an idea how much a plant would grow in the dark (no sunlight) after 3 weeks? You can give information about plants in general or about radish plants.
Thank you!

Information On The History Of Coffee
Filed Under Food And Beverage | Comments Off
The history of coffee is long and varied, full of intrigue and excitement. There are a couple of different legends about how coffee was discovered. One says that a shepherd discovered coffee after observing his sheep getting very active after eating the berries off of certain plants. He tried them, and felt the same boost of energy. The story goes that a passing monk observed this, and scolded the shepherd for eating of the “devil’s fruit.” The monks soon found out, however, that the berries would help them remain awake during prayers.
Another legend tells the tale of an Arab, banished to the desert with his followers. Facing starvation, they boiled and ate the berries of a plant they stumbled across. The broth saved the starving exiles, and the nearby town, Mocha, took it as a sign from above. They called the plant and its drink Mocha, in honor of the town. A short history of coffee is as follows…
The coffee plant, Coffea arabica, is native to Ethiopia. Ancient Ethiopians used the coffee beans rolled in animal fat as food. From Ethiopia, coffee made its way to Yemen, where it was first brewed into a beverage. Once coffee was transported to Arabia, however, it was monopolized by the Arabs, who forbade the seeds to be exported. Once seeds were smuggled out, however, coffee was spread to India and Turkey. From there, coffee began to pursue world domination.
By 1600, coffee had been discovered by Italian traders. The Pope, urged by his advisors to ban the drink as evil, tasted it, and baptized it instead, introducing coffee to the Christian population. Captain John Smith brought coffee as part of his supplies to the New World in 1607, and is thought to be the man who introduced coffee to North America.
By 1652, coffee houses started sprouting up in England, and became the place for both learned and the general population to gather. They were dubbed penny universities, since everyone talked over their cups of coffee, which each cost a penny. In 1674, the British “Women’s Petition Against Coffee” was published, declaring that coffee was depriving them of their husbands and causing impotence.
The Dutch are responsible for smuggling coffee out of Arabia in 1690, and introducing it to Java and Ceylon. They became the first people to cultivate coffee commercially, thus creating what would become the world’s largest agricultural commodity.
In 1713, the Dutch unwittingly gave King Louis XIV of France a coffee plant. In 1723, a French naval officer stole a cutting, taking it all the way to Martinique. In fifty years, Martinique was growing over 19 million coffee trees.
In 1727, Lieutenant Colonel Francisco de Melo Palheta visited French Guiana, to settle a dispute between the French and the Dutch. He and the Governor’s wife became involved, and although the French took great care to control its coffee plantations in the New World, he slipped off with seeds and cuttings when he left. His paramour sent him on his way with a bouquet of flowers… concealing the smuggled coffee cuttings. He took them to Brazil, who today is the world’s largest coffee producing nation.
And so it continued. Coffee became America’s patriotic drink after the Boston Tea Party. Coffee production has grown exponentially. The history of coffee is like no other… and will probably continue to expand.

What is the best diet for a Sulcata (African Spurred) Tortoise?
Filed Under Reptiles | Comments Off
He is 6 years old and although I try to offer him dried grasses from a seed mix for Sultcas I grew, he turns his nose up at anything that is not romaine lettuce. He is very healthy but I want him to remain that way and I don’t think his diet is right. I was disappointment because my vet could not give me very much information.

Evolutionists: Why did Dawkins seem happy to answer the question to which he should have been most irriated?
Filed Under Religion & Spirituality | Comments Off
I recently watched Expelled and was very puzzled at Dawkins’ tone change in his response to the question ‘what if it was designed’. I don’t care how you think it was edited, he wouldn’t change his tone for anyone, especially Ben Stein and Stein could not edit Dawkins ‘tone’, the change in tone was straight from Dawkins. But, if you watch the movie you’ll see that he seems irritated, understandably so, to even be sitting down with Stein and irritated at each question. Which I understand because he doesn’t believe what Stein believes, and that’s fine. But, when Stein asked him to give ‘his’ version of ‘what if’, he became much more pleased (visibly so). Almost like, “Finally, I get to plant the seed”. But this is counter intuitive IF Dawkins is so against the belief of ‘creation’. This is my take on the sudden change of tone…I believe that the reason he became visibly “ok” with being interviewed is because ‘he had been waiting’ for the opportunity to express ‘his’ ideas of how this was all created. Which is a good indication that he knows, in his heart of hearts, this WAS all created and ‘now’ he can get ‘on the record’ proof that (after creation is ‘discovered’ by science, albeit, unintentional) he was smart enough to see what everyone had finally come to accept; that this interview gave him his platform to put on record ‘proof’ that he had figured it out also, and ‘before’ the ‘others’…instead of being left behind by the rest of the world. Science will NEVER be able to prove ‘who/what’ created all of this…but the FACT of creation is coming. The information that exists in the proteins, molecules, cells, etc. can not be accounted for without looking to a creator. This will prove to be the down fall of atheists. The battle will rage on, though, over who or what it was. So, no worries…to those who thrive on it. No agreement will be met, but science will prove this was created…it’s just taking them a LONG time because they don’t like the answer to which the evidence is pointing. Man’s wisdom is foolishness to God. And that’s a very hard pill to swallow for a man full of ‘wisdom’.
what I asked (paraphrased) was “why did he seem HAPPY to answer that question?” he wasn’t happy to say “there is no sky daddy” he was happy to say “IF there was, this is how I see it”. He was happy to answer it. It’s a pyschological question. Why would he be happy to answer such a ’stupid’ question. I gave my thoughts and was hoping to hear some of yours. Not confusion. Not arguments that he’s an atheist…I know that…he knows that…can you give a perspective on his change in tone?
who cares if he was ‘ambushed’ about what the questions were? He’s a grown *** man, he can protect himself against a ’stupid’ man can’t he?…who cares how they editted it? they did NOT and could not edit his tone. I think he became interested in the question because it allowed him to step his foot in the creationist’s room…because he KNOWS it’s coming…and he can’t have people thinking he didn’t see it coming…science is proving it. To say there is no meaning to life is a cop out. There’s meaning and there are consequences. There are laws to our physical side that NO ONE denies and MUST follow…and it makes total sense that there would be laws to our spiritual side. Some might call that Charma, but Charma is a crock, but at least it’s the idea of ‘consequence’.
To Ambivalent Bittern…THAT is what I was hoping to see. It was good to see Dawkins address his visual enjoyment to the question. Thank you for that. I still think he will say “see, I knew that” when this all comes out. but that remains to be seen. I have been looking for some time to find answers to our existence and I try very hard to understand why some are so oppossed to a Creator (God), but it escapes me. Except for direct disobedience. Organized Complexity SCREAMS creator to me, math, laws, good vs evil, compassion. The amount of chance it would take for all this to happen is not something I would put my faith in…But that’s what free will is all about, we get to choose what we put our faith in. That way when we all stand before Him, each of us will have no argument. Silent we’ll stand, finally seeing our Creator. It will be clear. We made our choice.

FOOD INFORMATION
Many people assume that if a hamburger is brown in the middle, it is done. However, looking at the color and texture of food is not enough—you have to use a food thermometer to be sure! According to USDA research, 1 out of every 4 hamburgers turns brown before it reaches a safe internal temperature. The only safe way to know if meat, poultry, and egg dishes are "done" is to use a food thermometer. When a hamburger is cooked to 160 °F, it is both safe and delicious!
MADE, PRODUCED IN CHINA GET WARNING
Public confidence in the Made in China label has been rocked in recent years by a series of product safety scandals.
Most recently, tainted milk claimed the lives of four children in China and sickened tens of thousands, and triggered import bans of Chinese-made dairy products across the globe.
The United Nations released a report Wednesday urging China to set up a single regulatory agency to monitor the safety of food products from the farm to the table.
The report says China’s oversight of food products is split between numerous agencies and their tasks complicated by numerous laws and regulations.
WHO food Safety Chief Jorgen Schlundt says the cumbersome system resulted in a slow response when the tainted milk scandal emerged in September.
Chinese milk producers added the industrial chemical melamine in their products to make them appear richer in protein. Melamine can cause kidney stones, and even life-threatening kidney failure in some cases.
On October 20, 2008, Confirmed cases of E.coli were linked to a Harvey’s Restaurant in North Bay Ontario.
More confirmed cases rose to 35-health officials claim. Health officials also said they know of a total of confirmed case of E coli 0157:H7 in the outbreak, involving eight health units in Ontario.
The out break was likely caused by human error rather then undercooked hamburger meat, a professor of food sciences, University of Manitoba, who has worked for Agriculture Canada.
